The terms
What we offer
From €2,600 gross a month
●Basis · 40 hours a week
That is for 40 hours a week, and it varies by role and by client. Night and weekend supplements are paid on top, so a week with nights comes out above that figure. The holiday pay Dutch law requires is paid on top of your wage as well.
A Dutch contract
A contract with a Dutch company, with a pension. You are not self-employed.
Housing arranged
If you need it, we find you a place no more than an hour from work. We handle the tenancy and the move-in; the rent comes out of your payslip.
Someone who understands you
One contact person who can speak Spanish or English, your preferred language, from the first call until you are working. Nobody passes you between departments.
Requirements
What you need to get in
An airport is a restricted zone, so these conditions are not ours to set. We would rather you knew them before you spend your time.
Essential
- 18+ Being 18 or older.
- Citizenship of a European Union country.
- Being able to show where you have lived for the past 8 years, within the EU.
Without these three we cannot hire you, however well you fit everything else.
What helps us place you
- Being fit for physical work: shifts on your feet, lifting and moving weight, and working outdoors.
- Enough English to make yourself understood on shift.
- Accepting that the background check takes about 3 months.
- Being able to start as soon as the approval comes through.

You start. You get your shifts in advance and there is always someone to ask.
These timings are the usual ones, not a promise: the background check is carried out by a public authority and we cannot speed it up.

Housing
You do not arrive looking for a room
Finding a room in the Netherlands from another country is the hardest part of coming here to work. So we do it for you: a room no more than an hour from work, the tenancy in our name and the rent taken from your payslip, so you always know what you have left.

- The deposit on our housing is only one week of rent.

Questions
Why does it take 3 months?
Working in the restricted zone of the airport requires a background check by the Dutch government. A public authority carries it out, on its own timetable, so speeding it up is not in our hands. We tell you at the start so you can plan calmly: we stay in touch throughout the wait and get everything else ready, so when the approval lands the only thing left is to go.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No. The work is done in English, and with us you speak your own language. Dutch is not a requirement for any of these roles.
What if I live outside the EU right now?
The Dutch government background check requires you to show where you have lived for the past 8 years, and it has to have been inside the EU. If you spent a period outside it, write to us anyway and we will look at it with you, but expect that for roles in the restricted zone of the airport this is a requirement we cannot get around.
How much will I earn?
From €2,600 gross a month for 40 hours a week. Night and weekend supplements are on top, and so is the holiday pay Dutch law requires. The exact figure depends on the role and the client.
Do I earn less if I am under 21?
No. Dutch law allows lower pay for under-21s, but we do not do that: we pay the same rate from 18 upwards.
